Three new field offices open this month, extending the secretariat's reach to organisers and members in the eastern regions.

This month the Unite Movement opens three new constituency offices in Upper River Region, bringing the total number of staffed field offices to seventeen. The new sites are in Basse, Fatoto, and Diabugu — chosen after consultation with regional members earlier this year.

Why Upper River, why now

The eastern regions have been under-served by every party in this country for as long as anyone can remember. Members in URR told us, plainly, that they were tired of being asked for votes and never visited otherwise. We listened, and we are responding.

Each office is staffed by a regional organiser whose first responsibility is local — running surgeries, hosting policy clinics, and coordinating with the constituency's existing community structures. They report to the secretariat weekly, but their accountability is to the members in that constituency.

What the offices will do

Three things, in priority order. They will host weekly member surgeries — a fixed time each week when any member can walk in and raise an issue, with no appointment. They will coordinate the constituency's town hall participation. And they will support local volunteer drives — voter education, civic engagement, and the door-to-door work that builds a real movement.

A national movement that doesn't show up locally is just a slogan. We're showing up.

How to find your local office

Office addresses, opening hours, and the regional organiser's contact details are now live on the contact page. If you are a member in URR and you'd like to volunteer with your local office, email the secretariat with your constituency in the subject line — we will route your message to the right organiser within 48 hours.

More offices follow next quarter. We have committed to a staffed presence in every region by year end.
